On the rooftop terrace, where you can also hang clothes, you will experience a fantastic view of the square and the sea. You leave the house, walk 50 metres across the square and you find yourself directly on the long sandy beach. There is a bakery and a pharmacy in the same building. Within a radius of 100 metres you will find everything you need for your daily needs, such as a supermarket, a bank, a butcher's, restaurants, cafés and other small shops.
Important! This accommodation requires a €150 deposit by bank transfer or card payment which will be refunded within 5-14 working days after your departure if there is no damage caused and the house rules have been complied with during your stay.

In addition to the wonderful sandy beaches, the surrounding area offers many other activity possibilities. With its marshes, nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to take long walks on foot or by bicycle. (Within an hour you can reach interesting cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche. A trip to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended.
How to get here:
Alicante airport is only 40 km from La Mata. Also within 50 metres you can find the bus stop to travel to nearby towns.
