It has a capacity of up to 6 people and is 80 m² with 2 air conditioning units in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room.
It is located on the 2nd Spanish floor with no lift, only stairs.
The terrace is also on the roof and has an area with chairs, sun loungers and a small table, from where there are sea views.
In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and etc, an iron and a television - everything you need to feel comfortable.
It is located in la Mata, next to the sea and only about 170 metres from les Ortigues beach, to get to the beach you have to walk through a path in a green and charming area.
It has a community pool and children's pool within the urbanisation that is open in summer.
It is in a quiet and green area with plenty of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, which will be convenient for your visit.
