The marvellous penthouse apartment in Punta Prima consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, a living room, 2 large terraces of 20 m² and 10m². Capacity is for 4 people. It has a lift and garage in the same building. It is located in an ideal area for families.
An apartment is situated in a closed urbanisation, where there is a children's area, tennis court, communal swimming pool (heated)+children's pool. Accommodation of 84 m² nice and new furniture, located on the first line of the beach, with sea views.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (cold/heat) throughout the accommodation, electric radiator heating. The apartments have everything necessary: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, television. In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave oven, electric induction hob, oven, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc.).
It is only 10 m from the rocky beach and 100m from the sandy beach "Playa de Punta Prima" in the area of tranquillity. In just 50 m there are many small bars. The famous restaurant "Nautilus" is only 500 m from the apartment.
Shopping centre "La Plazza II" and SUPERMARKET "Consum" are found with many shops and restaurants in just 1 km.
A great option to enjoy peaceful and family holidays in Spain.
