The apartment is located in a residential complex. It has a bedroom with a double bed, living room with open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a very large terrace.
In the living room there is a sofa which is arranged as a bed. There is also air conditioning with heating/cooling in the living room for your comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
The bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace for sunbathing, for a romantic dinner or a cocktail.
The residential complex has a large swimming pool with a children's area, open from 10:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 22:00.
