From the living room there is access to a glazed terrace, where there is a table and chairs, a wonderful view of the surroundings opens from the terrace.
The kitchen is combined with the living room and is equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances to cook food. At your disposal are a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes for preparing and storing food. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen to save space.
The bathroom has a washbasin, bidet and toilet, as well as a bathtub.
For the convenience of residents, the building has 4 elevators, and on the ground floor there is a swimming pool for all residents.

The apartment is located very well: even in summer there is free parking on the street, but the beaches are very close (del Cura beach 550m; Los Loсos beach 700m), 1km to the bus station.

Also in the vicinity there are many bars and cafes, grocery stores.
