Our apartment is just ~500 m from the famous Paseo Marítimo de Torrevieja and the central beach: Playa Del Cura. It has been awarded the Blue Flag which means quality, safety, hygiene, provision of services and care for the environment.
A few steps from Promendate where festivals and carnivals take place, a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pedestrian bridge, amusement park, market with souvenirs. Only 150m away are the Bus Station, Mercadona and many more.

The apartment has a very comfortable layout, where the master bedroom is separated from other rooms and has its own shower room, the kitchen is separated from the living room and very well equipped with everything you need, the other 2 rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub dedicated and bright living room has access to the balcony.
