It is located in an ideal area for families, close to Playa del Cura beach and supermarkets, bars. It has a lift.
The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable, refurbished, furnished and with an easterly view from the lounge. There is a private garage underneath the building.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (cold / heat) in the lounge and hallway as well as 2 bedrooms. The apartments have everything necessary: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, television.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It is very close to the sandy beach "Playa del Cura" (220m), 500 m from the town centre. Within a 3-minute walk there are many restaurants and cafés. Right next to it is a supermarket area (600m). You can have a nice time walking along the night embankment.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located 45 km away and Torrevieja Bus Station - 2 km away.
