We present our wonderful Penthouse in Torrevieja that has 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people.
Our home has 84 m², brand new build with everything new inside , with realy nice and cozy decoration.
It is located in a quiet area, in a residential complex, with wonderful open views of the Laguna Rosa de Torrevieja.
It also has a large terrace and private solarium of about 65 square meters , where you can enjoy a relaxing and amazing sunsets , and with very nice views.
The home comes fully prepared and ready for you to enjoy your vacation without any worries or strees.
An American kitchen with induction, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine,all you may need for the kitchen,crockery/cutlery, utensils,dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Air conditioning and central heating throughout the accommodation.
Internet access (wifi), television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English).
Apart from the 65 m² solarium where you can shelter from the sun under the pergola, there is also a large balcony.
The urbanization is on a fenced plot, and you will have a reserved outdoor parking space in the same urbanization.
The urbanization has 2 beautiful community pools.
