We offer you our beautiful home which consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower trays, a kitchen, a garden and a terrace.
In the urbanisation there are several communal swimming pools, a children's pool and a children's play area, which will be very practical for visitors with children.
Furthermore, there are green gardens that surround the pools and are spread throughout the urbanisation.
On the terrace there is a table with chairs where you can eat or have a coffee whilst enjoying the sea breezes.
As for utensils, you have a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an iron, and a television.
You also have a private parking space in a garage which will be very convenient for those who want to hire a car.
It has the capacity for up to 4 people and 78m², therefore it is quite spacious.
It is located in Punta Prima, next to the sea, in a quiet area ideal for families.
Upon leaving the apartments, just 750 metres away is Punta Prima Beach and a seafront promenade where you can take a stroll on a lovely afternoon.
In close proximity there are several supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and beach bars, many of which have sea views and fresh seafood.
On the other hand, in the neighbouring city of Torrevieja located only 5km from Punta Prima, there are several natural parks, water parks and theme parks for lovers of active holidays.

The apartment is located in a residential complex. It has a bedroom with a double bed, living room with open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a very large terrace.
In the living room there is a sofa which is arranged as a bed. There is also air conditioning with heating/cooling in the living room for your comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
The bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace for sunbathing, for a romantic dinner or a cocktail.
