A renovated studio almost in the center of Torrevieja of 25 m², with spectacular views of the city, very bright and clear. It has the maximum capacity for 2 people with a double bed (2 single mattresses and a base that can be used individually or double). Ideal for a couple and a romantic getaway or a vacation in a "relax" mode.
In the apartment there is everything you may need: elevator, internet access (wifi), television, fridge, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, hair dryer, iron, fan in the roof and air conditioning (hot / cold).
In the neighborhood there is a developed infrastructure: at 30-40 m there are many cafeterias, at 150 m there are traditional restaurants, at 350 m there is a sandy beach "Los Locos", at about 50 m a supermarket "Sanoa", at 450m there is supermarket "Consum".
You can also visit the water park "Aquopolis Torrevieja" (4 km), "Lago Rosa de Torrevieja" (6 km).
