The 47 m² ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people in a beautiful urbanization Los Leandros located in La Mata, next to the sea.
At about 300 m you have the Cabo Cervera beach and at 650 m the natural park "Parque de la Torre del Moro". After 4 km they arrive at the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja to spend an unforgettable day with children and friends.
It is located in an ideal area for families.
It has a terrace to spend the afternoons resting in the open air. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
One step away are the beach bars and restaurants, and 800m from the large supermarkets.
In the urbanization they also have a nice communal pool.
A perfect environment to spend beautiful holidays in Costa Blanca.
