The house has a bedroom with a double bed, which also has a large wardrobe for personal belongings, and it has air conditioning.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Also in the living room there are additional mobile furniture (desk with monitor) that can be used for internet work. For your comfort, the living room also has air conditioning.
The kitchen in this house is combined with the living room, which is a great advantage; if you are resting with children: they are always in sight.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle; it also has satellite channels where you can watch channels in any language (Spanish, English, German and more)
The bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower.
It has a comfortable and very bright terrace for sunbathing, for a romantic dinner or a cocktail.
The residential complex has two swimming pools with a children's area, open all the time, except in the morning when the pools are cleaned. Also, you can swim at night without making noise and disturbing the neighbours.
You can enjoy walks in the urbanisation through the beautiful garden where you can also find a large tennis area and a mini golf to enjoy active time as well.
