The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room combined with a kitchen.
The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, access to the terrace and entrance to one of the bathrooms.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe.
The living room has access to the terrace and is divided into two areas:
1. In the recreation area there is a large sofa, a coffee table, a TV unit
2. In the dining area there is a table and chairs for 4 people.
Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
The terrace is quite spacious and there are garden furniture: a table and two sofas.
The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with everything needed for cooking and storing food: there are all appliances (including a dishwasher), plates and cutlery.
The urbanisation has a wonderful communal swimming pool, and 2 smaller ones (one for children).
ATTENTION! Large pool temporarily closed due to breakdown. (from October 2026).
The apartments also include a garage space, which will be very helpful in the middle of summer.
A short distance from the sea, shops, restaurants and bars. Near the house there is a bus stop to get to Torrevieja.
