The wonderful apartment in La Mata (next to the sea) consists of a large living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Capacity is for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). There is a balcony.
It is located in an ideal area for families, nearby are restaurant and bar areas, supermarkets. It is on the 4th floor.
Accommodation of 80 m² beautiful, comfortable, furnished.
The apartments have everything necessary: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, television with Spanish channels.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It has air conditioning (cold/heat) in the living room.
It is located on the first line of the sandy beach "Playa La Mata".
