The lovely 52m² apartment in La Mata for 4 people consists of a lounge, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and shower option, a balcony with views of the garden and pool with children's pool.
The apartment has everything you need: kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer, toaster and complete crockery.
The lounge and one bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, in the second bedroom a ceiling fan. You can also use WiFi, Smart TV, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person.
The pool is communal and is open from 15 June to 15 September and has its opening hours (closed at midday and at night).
The distance from the apartment to the sandy beach is about 400 metres on foot. There is a 3 km long seafront promenade with a variety of cafés and restaurants and a nearby national park. Alicante-Elche airport is about 41 km away (35 minutes by taxi).
Important! This accommodation requires a €100 deposit by bank transfer or card payment which will be refunded within 5-14 working days after your departure if there is no damage caused and the house rules have been complied with during your stay.
